The home dashboard displays a vertical toolbar on the left hand side of the screen and several fixed reports, shortcuts and reference tools for easy navigation. The primary home dashboard sections are:
Start a New Askvert
Selecting this option will launch the Askvert creation process directly from the home dashboard. For more information on how to create an Askvert, reference page 15.
Buy a Subscription | View a Pricing Plan
Select “View Pricing Plans” from the home dashboard or “Subscriptions” from the left hand toolbar to see the available options and check your current subscription level.
The interactive map featured on the right hand side of the home dashboard shows the total number of available respondents at any given time, and their distribution by US state. Hover your cursor over a specific state to see the exact number of currently available respondents. The existing home dashboard panels cannot be moved, changed or deleted.
Once logged into the platform, users will always see a toolbar fixed vertically to the left hand side of the window. This toolbar will only change when an Askvert is being built. The left hand toolbar provides access to the platform’s central features, which are each covered in a separate section of the User Guide.

- How-To Guide
To return to the home dashboard at any time select “Dashboard” from the vertical toolbar.
Users can search all Askverts in their 1Q account by keyword to help find specific Askverts, questions and more. This function can be accessed by selecting “My Askverts” from the vertical toolbar and entering your query in the search bar located at the top of the screen.
1Q distributes Askverts directly to respondents via our mobile application or SMS. Accordingly, we recommend creating Askverts that will be easy to view and answer on a mobile device. General best
- Short question lengths
- High-quality images or video in questions that use media
- Not over-using open-ended question formats that require long written responses
- Not creating overly complex question logic
