System Navigation
Toolbar Items
Once logged into the platform, users will always see a toolbar fixed vertically to the left hand side of the window. This toolbar will only change when an Askvert is being built. The left hand toolbar provides access to the platform’s central features, which are each covered in a separate section of the User Guide.

Best Practices
Mobile Friendliness
1Q distributes Askverts directly to respondents via our mobile application or SMS. Accordingly, we recommend creating Askverts that will be easy to view and answer on a mobile device. General best
practices include:
- Short question lengths
- High-quality images or video in questions that use media
- Not over-using open-ended question formats that require long written responses
- Not creating overly complex question logic
