1Q’s patented geofencing capabilities provide exceptionally granular targeting based on a respondent’s home location or current/previous locations.

By targeting panel members who have their location services turned on, you can pinpoint consumers like never before, at no additional cost.

1. Navigate to the Location tab located on the left-hand side
2. Select one of the services options you would like to use from the drop-down (see below for more information)
3. Enter the location/query you want to survey and ensure you have all of the locations you want to be populated just below the search bar (you can have up to 60 locations for ‘Was In’ and 250 for ‘Lives In’ and ‘Currently In’)
   • You will either have to hit Enter or hit the grey plus sign to the right of the location to add to your list
4. Once locations have been added, pins will drop on the map to show you the locations you’ve selected                                                                   
5. Respondents live currently (based on their current verified address)
   1. by Zip/City/State/Country
   2. near point of interest (within 1 or 3 miles)
   3. in radius of (within specified distance of location)
   4. Congressional District (Georgia only)
6. Respondents currently (where they are at the time of the survey, based on their GPS location)
   1. Point of Interest
   2. In Radius Of (within specified distance of location)
7. Respondents were (where they were, based on their GPS location)
   1. Point of Interest (at least once/twice/3+/5+/10+ times in the past ____ days)
   2. In Radius Of (within specified distance of location - 20ft / 180 ft / 750 ft / 1.1 mi / 4.5 mi / 36 mi)

Importing Locations

1. 1Q allows users to import a custom list of locations.  To start this process, go to the Location tab
2. Select Lives Within Radius Of or Currently In Radius Of or Was In Radius Of from the location drop-down
3. Click the Import Locations option in the top right corner of the Location section 
4. Prepare your locations document to meet the following requirements
1. Custom data imports must contain latitudinal and longitudinal coordinates for each location
2. The total number of locations you are allowed to upload is based on the targeting type:
1. Currently Lives In: up to 250 locations
2. Respondent Currently Is: up to 250 locations
3. Was In: up to 60 locations
3. All imported data must be in a .csv file format

5. Once your file is ready to go, click Select File to Import
6. Select Import Locations
