Troubleshooting – 1Q

I have an Askvert that is currently running, but I want to send a second Askvert and exclude from the one that is currently running. Why can’t I?
I need to extend my Askvert with a quota, how do I get more respondents?
The platform is spinning and I can’t access my account.
