What restrictions apply to questions containing videos, photos, or other media types?

  1. Only 1 media file can be uploaded per question. To have respondents evaluate multiple images, select Image Comparison as the question type.
  2. Audio and video file types can only be sent to Android and iOS recipients.
    1. Video
      1. Video files can only be a maximum of 2 minutes in length. 
      2. Videos that are around 60 seconds long typically receive the best response rate.
    2. Images
      1. Image comparison questions (single or multi-answer) can include up to 6 total images.
      2. The ideal dimensions for images included in a question is 400x400.
      3. Image dimensions can be up to 800x800; larger images will be resized with the same aspect ratio.
      4. PNG is the recommended file type for images.
  4. Acceptable Media File Types
    1. Audio: .mp3, .wav, .m4a, .aac, .mp4a, or .mp4a-latm
    2. Video: .mp4, .m4v, .m4p, .mov, .qt, .flv, .f4v, .f4p, .f4a, .f4b, .avi, .mpg, .mpg2, .mpeg, .mpe, .mpv, or .m2v files
    3. Image: .jpeg, .jpg, .gif, or .png
