There could be a few reasons why you aren’t seeing a payment for a question. First, ensure that you have a correct and updated PayPal account on file within your profile (www.1q.com/members/profile). This is the number one reason that members believe their payment has been missed.
There might have been a time limit or response limit on the question and the open window of time has been missed. You will be notified that the question has expired.
Lastly, you could be answering a Freevert in the “Know” section of the app. The Know section is occasionally used to send additional questions to mobile app users. These questions are unpaid but they do help members to receive additional questions in the future.These questions help us make 1Q better and provide you with more earning potential.
